How to report a problem/bug on the website

If you are having a problem with the TAIR website/database that is software related (accessing content not the content itself) please submit a bug report and include:

• The specific URL of the page you were on when you encountered the problem. If you send a screenshot please include the address bar with the URL in the image.
• A description of the problem sufficiently detailed for us to reproduce the action.
• What operating system/browser you are using.
